Micah Unchained is a collection of songs reflecting on the message of the prophet Micah centered around his challenge for God's people to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly, written and recorded to go along with the 2013 fall series that Spring Garden Church went through called "Micah Unchained"

Other contributors to the album were Esther Penner who wrote and sang on “Sing Unto the Lord” and Anne Barron who wrote and sang on “Come to the Well”, both of which I've included in the album "Songs of Friends"
